Position: Clinic and Home-based BCBA Full Time Position

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about ABA and is motivated to implement high-quality services for our clients. As a BCBA with PIERPOINTE you will have the opportunity to work closely with a strong clinical leadership team who champion the scientist-practitioner model.
Service Hours/Location:
- In person supervision and some direct service when a technician is unavailable
- Location: Brookfield, CT and surrounding areas for home-based clientele (within a 30m radius of the clinic)
- 40 hrs weekly Monday-Friday for daytime and afterschool supervision and direct therapy
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and candidates in pursuit of their certification (as appropriate or desired)
- Collaborates with family members, related service providers and other agencies, as appropriate.
- Conducts initial and on-going behavior assessments to analyze client behavior using appropriate assessment instruments (VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS).
- Plans, develops and monitors skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans for new and established clients.
- Provides or observes client sessions taking notes and ensuring procedural integrity.
- Analyzes data gathered from client sessions to ensure client progress and makes modifications to programming based on this analysis.
- Consults with parents and provides them with progress notes, annual reviews and training on skills acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans.
- Monitors clients’ schedules to ensure insurance requirements are met and completes necessary paperwork for insurance purposes
- Attends monthly professional development meetings and participates in Individual Education Program (IEP) team meetings for clients, as appropriate.
- Generates documentation necessary for the insurance reporting process
- Works directly with clients in a technician capacity when staffing is required or until an appropriate staff member is identified in instances of staff transitions.
Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensed to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided by state
- Experience working with children with autism and special needs
- Consistent mode of travel to assigned client's session locations
- Completion of 8-hr supervision course (preferred)
- Willingness to provide BACB supervision to trainees (preferred)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
