Chef Leah Cohen's Piggyback NYC is a casual restaurant, serving a variety of Asian fare in a lively setting and a busy neighborhood. Piggyback originally opened in January 2020 on the border of Chelsea and Midtown, as the elevated sister restaurant to the Pig & Khao in the Lower East Side (www.pigandkhao.com)
We are looking for motivated servers to join our front of house team as we re-open our dining room and bar. Come join us and let's grow this new restaurant together.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a professional restaurant
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to think quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Ability to take direction and execute
- High standards for cleanliness of workspace and service areas
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift
