District Administrator-Curriculum & Instruction, Assessment, and CommunicationThe Pike-Delta-York Local School District, in Delta, Ohio, is seeking a strong educational leader to serve as the next Director of Curriculum & Instruction, Assessment, and Communication. Pike-Delta-York Local School District has a high performing staff and strong student body excelling in both the classroom and extracurricular activities.Qualifications: The district is looking for an excellent educational leader to work with district staff providing strong curriculum and instruction support/initiatives, oversee district-wide standardized assessments, and assist in community communication activities.The successful candidate must possess dynamic leadership skills; impeccable communication skills (both written and oral) with students, parents, and staff; excellent organizational skills; great interpersonal skills; the ability to work collaboratively; the ability to apply critical thinking skills; the ability to multi-task; and the ability to make independent decisions.Complete job description to follow.A minimum of five (5) years of classroom/teaching experience required.Administrative, supervisory, or coordinator experience preferred.Knowledge of the entire K-12 range of educational school improvement initiatives is required.The candidate must possess a valid administrative license or show proof one could be obtained.The successful candidate will be expected to exhibit character and professionalism that reflects positively on the district and provide an acceptable BCI/FBI background check.Based on established Administrative Salary Schedule and Benefits. 220-day contract to begin August 1, 2023.May 17, 2023Provide the following credentials: 1.
