Overview: Responsible for all sales activities for all brands under the Polar Beverages Company.
Responsibilities:
- Account and Business Development
- Utilize Cognos to identify the greatest opportunities by region, by channel and brand
- Priorities should be profit then volume
- Timely communication with region managers and supervisors regarding issues and opportunities
- Work with franchise companies on their own account development initiatives
- Audit routes and accounts to ensure ongoing progress.
- Increase existing business
- Complete all Administrative Work on a timely basis
- Miscellaneous
- Assist VP of Sales with the review of commissions, incentives and other motivational activities.
- Other Duties Assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years previous sales experience
- Prior cold call experience preferred
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
