People Analyst II
Pilgrim’s is searching for a People Analyst II. This role will work with internal corporate teams to include, but not limited to Human Resources, Safety, Sales operations and with other members throughout Pilgrim’s.
This role is based onsite at the Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.
Principle Responsibilities:

Principle Responsibilities:
- Leads the development of comprehensive workforce planning and analytics methods, models and projections; to include analytics of turnover, absenteeism, strategic placement, etc.
- Collaborates across HR to identify interventions and strategies to close gaps
- Designs, builds and owns dashboards, scorecards, and reports that will enable the business to improve workforce capacity and capability
- Develops reports and presentations to summarize data, strategies, and recommendations
- Bring an ownership mentality so as to work effectively and quickly
- Fills adhoc requests and supports the analysis and delivery of information. Helps communicate key findings of adhoc analysis appropriately to the relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for support of all HR Analytics requests, support demand management of standard and adhoc requests
- Supports the improvement, and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities
- Possesses basic project management skills; familiarity with SmartSheet platform a bonus
- Provides support in managing vendors
- Displays familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Willing to learn and develop computer science skills as needed for projects
- Other duties as assigned
- College degree or related experience
- Experience developing and using advanced analytics
- Experience operating successfully in a complex organization environment
- Advanced computer skills-Microsoft Office
- Team Player
- Analytical and process oriented
- Experience with SAP and pulling reports a plus
- Experience with project management platform SmartSheet a plus
- Experience with programming languages (Python, SQL) a plus
- Experience Qliksense is a plus

- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
- Base salary range of $86,000-$110,000 and
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
