The purpose of this job is to provide support to end users, maintain data integrity, run analyses, and research and support issue resolution within the PDI\Enterprise application software.
1. Support Wholesale and Rack customer pricing within the application. Resolve issues with imports and exports
2. Monitor application interfaces and remediate batch job failures
3. Complete support team’s end-of-day requests, including entering incidents and work orders into Ticket Tracker from emails to group
4. Assist end users with application system processes and issues
5. Develop reports and pull data for business unit end users and audits
6. Troubleshoot and eliminate causes of inaccurate data; resolve process issues
7. Conduct testing and quality assurance on company systems
8. Assist in the preparation of systems documentation
9. Run analyses of daily application processes and scheduled activities
10. Execute user administration functions such as adding users, updating security, and removing users
11. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
12. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
13. Complete other duties as assigned
