Pool Cleaning Technician
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include:

• must have good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player)
• must deliver premier customer service
• must be at least 22 years old
• must have a valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
• must be able to learn and perform all functions of a pool route (pool water chemistry, netting, brushing & vacuuming customer pools, troubleshooting equipment, operating equipment and other duties as assigned)
• must be willing to work in adverse weather conditions, as long as it is safe
• must be able to understand company policies, practices, procedures, and requirements
• must have great multi-tasking skills
• must be able to plan, organize and follow-through on assignments
• must be a great listener
• must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• must have a high level of maturity, discretion, tact and judgment
• must be able to work around pool chemicals
• must have basic mechanical skills
• must be able to climb a ladder
• must demonstrate safe working habits
• must demonstrate leadership skills
• must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• must have excellent attendance and punctuality
• must be willing to assist other team members

• must be able to learn and perform all functions in the store (cash register, product sales, water test, equipment repair, cleaning the store and other duties as assigned)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
