Job Title: Pool Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Pool water testing, solving customers pool issues
-Helping customers to their cars with chlorine jugs, 40 LB salt bags.
-Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in pool retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to operate a cash register and other point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of products and services offered in the store
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Skills:
-Solving pool issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
