Position Overview : Pine Hollow Club, esteemed for its world-class country club experience, is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Admin Worker.
This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at our club. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to greet guests and assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and handling inquiries as needed.
- Assist with member inquiries, reservations, and appointment scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and mail sorting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and front desk.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating club events and activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive experience for members and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
