What Will You Do?
The Service Assurance Lead is responsible for the development and coordination of the Change Control Process. Responsibilities will include managing the change queue to ensure changes are made efficiently and with minimal risk to the organization. The Service Assurance lead in collaboration with the IS Operations Manager has the responsibility to protect the information technology systems of Pine Rest, ensuring changes that are made to the network do not present an unacceptable risk. The Service Assurance Lead will work closely with the Information Systems Team to streamline the change process resulting in fewer change conflicts, failures, and rollbacks. The Service Assurance Lead must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about Pine Rest organization.

What Does This Role Require?
- University degree in the field of computer science, information systems or healthcare operations is preferred, and 6 years related work experience required
- ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification required
- ITIL Intermediate certification, ITIL Expert certification or ITIL Master certification preferred
