SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Golf Retail Manager in reordering of key merchandise products, as well as maintaining a shop that is filled, clean, neat and merchandised to the standards set by the management team. This person should be a self-starter, maintain a positive store image and must have a strong attention to detail. There will be direct contact with customers/guests, members, other employees and vendors. Weekend days and holidays are required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 12 months related retail experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with Golf Retail Manger to place reorders for products with Vendors.
Coordinate with Golf Retail Manager on merchandising and product movement in multiple store locations.
Help the retail sales team maintain the merchandising standards in multiple store locations.
Work with management team, Visual Merchandiser and Warehouse staff on replenishment of merchandise in multiple store locations.
Be the Key Merchandiser for the Main Golf Shop and Hotel Shops.
Participate in shop flips/changes when merchandise needs to be reflowed.
Install and dismantle fixtures, props and dress mannequins, involving lifting, carrying and climbing ladders.
Participate in all retail events, including inventories and recounts
Perform other retail duties as assigned.
