QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service
- Spanish speaker is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and fast pace environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multi-task (e.g., maintain several live chat conversations while navigating on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers
- Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
- Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
DAILY DUTIES:
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answers resident questions via our online chat feature or ticketing system.
- Provides residents with customer service.
- Keeps clear documentation of when updates are performed.
- Schedules access sticker appointments with residents and perform access sticker installations.
- Keep all files up to date with documents received.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
