JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A REAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY, NOT JUST A JOB!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated Salesforce Administrator who will support multiple projects and multiple users. This role will function as an individual contributor with minimum supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator

· Working knowledge of Salesforce required, Salesforce Administrator certification a must

· Excellent decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

· Efficient time management and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism

· Working knowledge of FSL (Field Service Lightning)

· Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment

· Translate high-level business discussion into detailed requirements

· Ability to produce and manage high-quality level documentation

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Business acumen including a good sense of how Salesforce.com can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Report to Director, Business Intelligence

· Respond to and resolve, CRM-related requests based on assigned deadlines

· Knowledge of Field Service, SF Maps, Case Management and/or Tableau CRM helpful

· Actively work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

· Analyze and document business processes as appropriate

· Facilitate creation and communication of work estimates

· Assist in the development of testing and implementation plans as needed to aid in delivery of a quality product, designed for user acceptance and adoption

· Adhere to CRM Governance Team policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
