Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Term time only)
Salary: £84 - £97 per day
Role Responsibilities
Work closely with our teaching team to provide tailored support to young people with complex needs.
Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
Provide one-on-one and small group support during lessons and activities.
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to facilitate the holistic development of students.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and organised classroom setting.
