Location: Hybrid with mandatory 3 days onsite at either Addison, TX or Memphis, TN work locations.

Candidate be doing:

• As the Digital Analytics Support Specialist, candidates will be supporting Client’s digital analytics and marketing technology self-service users by providing direct analytical assistance and digital analytics tool maintenance to drive data driven business decisions.
• Candidates will be identifying and resolving analysis, implementation, and tool-related digital analytics issues.
• The Digital Analytics Support Specialist will also be driving and building analytics tool value realization through digital analytics user training, support, and other activities

More specifically, candidate will:

• Provide administration and maintenance for digital analytics tool capabilities and configurations including app analytics and campaign tracking.
• Manage user onboarding and support requests related to supported digital analytics tools including app-specific capabilities.
• Act as the on-the-ground interface between analytics technology resources and internal and external teams utilizing Adobe Analytics and its integrations within the Digital Analytics stack.
• Own the tagging resources to support new analytics implementations and features.
• Provide digital analytics user training and support including hosting regular office hours for self-service user support.
• Oversee and update back-end digital analytics implementation settings, such as Adobe Processing Rules, Variable Settings, classifications, and marketing funnel processing rules, with appropriate documentation and communication to partners.
• Intake user-reported analytics implementation issues (client and tool configuration) and work with development and analytics technology teams to resolve.
• Provide mentorship on campaign codes and marketing channel settings, configuration, and self-service reporting.

It would be helpful in this position for candidates to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Three (3) years of experience working directly with Adobe Analytics
• Three (3) years of digital marketing analysis experience
• One (1) year working with application specific analytics and tagging
• Experience with project management systems (e.g., Jira or Confluence, ServiceNow)
• Experience with Tracking First or Claravine
