We are looking for an administrative assistant, to handle day to day task, and assist with real estate transactions. Experience preferred.
We are looking for a reliable and driven Receptionist to join our team. The right candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be capable of dealing with a variety of situations. Duties include welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments and greeting clients as well as preparing sales materials for meetings and conferences. This is an entry-level position, but our company offers growth opportunities for individuals ready to show initiative and excel in a highly competitive real estate market. Preferably bilingual.
