We are currently seeking a Surgery Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule surgeries for patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure all necessary information is obtained for scheduling
- Communicate with patients regarding their surgery dates, times, and any necessary pre-operative instructions
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails related to scheduling inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled surgeries and patient information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience scheduling surgeries in a medical office or hospital setting preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary : $29,900 - $37,900
