As a Residential Aide Manager, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the
Director of Nursing, Clinical Director, and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license required.
- CPR/Red Cross Certification updated annually.
- Course work in mental health including crisis intervention, Associate Degree preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred, not necessary
Responsibilities:
- Lead all training and supervision of all residential aides.
- Assist in processing new clients through admission and orientation
- Assist clinicians with crisis intervention
- Facilitate stress management and didactic groups when needed and evaluate the needs of the population and communicate those needs to the clinical/administrative staff.
- Meet with Clinical Coordinator/Administrator for clinical updates and development of the structure of the program.
- Hiring, training, and orientation of all residential staff.
- Provide a schedule of random drug screens for all clients
- Assist clinicians with the preparation of initial assessments ASI (Assessment Severity Indexes)
