As a Talent Operations Partner, you will work primarily with candidates during the hiring process. You will ensure the timeliness of new hires, schedule orientation and follow up on any outstanding background check issues. You will also assist with other administrative HR tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of HR administrative support experience
- Must be dependable, able to follow instruction, and respond to direction.
- Professional demeanor required.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or one of the behavioral science disciplines (i.e., Psychology, Social Work, etc.).
- Three (3) years of previous HR administrative support experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems (i.e., UltiPro).
*Responsibilities: *
- Oversee multi-state region for pre/onboarding of candidates
- Create a positive candidate experience for new team members during the pre-boarding/employment process.
- Initiate and monitor background checks while following the prohibitive offense list of Pinnacle Treatment Centers and forward all concerns to Lead Talent Operations Partner.
- Issue and retrieve pre-employment documents (employment application, signed offer letters, background checks, etc.).
- Engage in continual communication with candidates throughout the pre-boarding/employment process, keeping them engaged and excited to join the Company.
- Process pre-employment and new hire paperwork and create electronic employee file for new team members – uploading all documents received/retrieved throughout the pre-boarding process.
- Initiate and finalize I-9 verification and discuss all concerns with Lead Talent Operations Partner.
- Schedule new team members for orientation and send orientation list to Director of Training weekly.
- Assist with new employee orientation as needed.
- Prepare responses to requests for information.
- Assist Human Resources Director with administrative tasks and projects as necessary
