Junior Laboratory Equipment Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for 3 talented junior laboratory engineers to join our dynamic team in Malvern, PA in a full-time on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
Our engineers play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, compliance and performance of a.o. laboratory equipment and environmental chambers in life science research a manufacturing facilities.
Laboratory Equipment Engineering - assist to:
- Assess, install and maintain a wide range of laboratory equipment, including but not limited to analytical instruments, incubators, autoclaves, centrifuges and freezers
- Develop and execute validation protocols
- Collaborate with clients to recommend equipment upgrades and replacements based on industry best practices
Thermo Mapping Engineering - assist to:
- Conduct thermal mapping studies of environmental chambers, cold rooms, and storage facilities to validate temperature and humidity control systems
- Generate comprehensive reports and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Quality Assurance and Compliance - assist to:
- Ensure that laboratory equipment and environmental chambers meet client and regulatory requirements, such as FDA, GMP, and GLP
- Participate in quality assurance and validation activities, including documentation and record- keeping
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, and advise clients on compliance strategies
- Support clients during regulatory inspections and audits
