Who are we looking for?
As a Demand Generation marketer, you have a passion for story-telling, are obsessed with campaign performance, and are motivated by driving business results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about business selling, have a strong understanding of SaaS and B2B sales pipeline operations, and be a Hubspot ninja, able to self-assuredly develop campaigns from concept to execution to measurement, and willing to work onsite at NYC headquarters 3 days a week.
What will you be doing?
- You will play a pivotal role in developing integrated marketing campaigns that shape perception, influence decision-making, and drive action across multiple personas
- Partnering with marketing, sales, product, and customer success, you will work cross-functionally to design an integrated program that will reach prospects and customers across the buyer journey
- You will design the Sales and Marketing integration from scratch, partnering with Revenue Operations
- Deliver predictable sales pipeline at scale by developing data-driven campaigns across multiple channels
- Build account-based marketing programs to drive inbound demand
- Design and operationalize marketing nurture campaigns and partner with Sales on rapid follow-up from field marketing events, webinars, and other inbound leads
- Continuously evaluate, measure, and report the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
- Support day-to-day partner and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution and fulfillment of campaigns
- Spearhead efforts to list-build, segment and maintain the data quality of our marketing database
- Define and operate the lead lifecycle from Hubspot to Salesforce
What experience, skills, and qualifications are necessary?
- 3 years of experience in B2B Demand generation, preferably within SaaS
- Strong ability to operationalize marketing and sales ops in order to boost conversion of MQL to SQL
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, and measuring
- You are highly analytical and metrics-driven, excited about data and optimizing campaigns to maximize return
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, agile environment
- A creative problem-solver with hands-on experience with b2b campaign execution tools like Hubspot, Linkedin, Zoom Info, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience within the financial services sector is a plus
- Willingness to work onsite at NYC headquarters 3 days a week

The expected cash salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000
