Seeking a seasoned Administrator for our Assisted Living Community.  You will have the unique opportunity of leading a team that achieves our standards of excellence, and our mission of Love, Compassion and Dignity.

In this role you are the Leader of the community. You are responsible to select and support a management team whose members address the needs and the satisfaction the residents we serve. You and your Team must lead by example and demonstrate dedication to our mission. You must have a proven ability to work with families and Residents to achieve the balance of quality of life and business objectives. You must be skilled in leading and motivating staff to promote the Gardant philosophy of providing quality, dignified care.

The Administrator has financial responsibility and therefore must align expenses and staffing with revenue. As a result, financial data analysis and subsequent corrective action when necessary, are critical competencies that this candidate must possess. Meeting with families, attending food committee and Resident council and organizing staff functions during the workday and in the evening are critical to the success of the community. We are a mission driven company that is growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in lives of seniors and their families.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in health care setting.
  • At least two years of related work experience must be of manager capacity. Assisted/Supportive living experience highly preferred.
  • Experience working with older adults in senior living, long-term care, home health or other healthcare settings.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, interpersonal, relationship building and communications skills; both verbal and written.
  • Possess understanding, patience, and tact in dealing with staff, Residents, and their families.
  • A proven ability to build a strong, dedicated, knowledgeable and customer driven staff and management team
