What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician position at Pioneer Mailing?
We are looking for reliable and punctual individuals who offer the correct blend of technical and light construction skills, that are interested in providing support with the installation and servicing of inventory-containment systems within retail environments. This is a unique opportunity to work at a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. You will have the opportunity to fast track a career in IT with the possibility of management opportunities.
Dependent upon interest, initial work will include supervised installations and repair work throughout the New England region. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and light construction work, with the flexibility to work in either daytime or evening hours. Potential tasks may include but are not limited to: installing cabling, antenna, receivers, transmitters, strobe, keypad, motion sensors, and more.
We are rapidly expanding our coverage area for this specific work type. Job Requirements:
· Past experience working with low voltage wiring
· Flexibility to work daytime or evening hours as needed
· Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 pounds
· Must pass background check and drug screen
· Must have a valid driver’s license

Current travel areas include Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont, and parts of New York. All travel costs will be reimbursed, including mileage. Candidates will have the opportunity to stay on as full time employees, while also being considered for more senior and managerial roles. Salary will range by job difficulty and duration, but employees can expect somewhere between $35-$50/hour.
