Bioprocess Development Manager
Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking a Bioprocess Development Manager to join a well-established pharmaceutical company. The Bioprocess Development Manager is a full-time opportunity working traditional hours.
Responsibilities for Bioprocess Development Manager:
· Aid in the development of scalable cell culture processes to enhance the regenerative medicine products.
· Oversee and lead a team in the upstream bioprocess development for stem and adult primary cells in cell culture bioreactors.
· Conduct cell line development activities to produce therapeutically relevant exsomes and focus on cell harvest from bioreactors and isolation of exsomes from the cell culture supernatant
Qualifications for Bioprocess Development Manager:
· PhD with 8+ years of experience varying form academic to industry working with exposure to bioprocess and cell culture
· Process development experience as an engineer and at a scientific level, MS&T with a strong biology background
· Strong background in working with stem or primary cells and adhesion bioreactors
Compensation for Bioprocess Development Manager:
· Compensation: $90,000-110,000 based on previous salary and experience
