Piper Clinical Solutions is currently seeking a Clinical Team Manager for an oncology focused clinical research organization to work in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities of the Team Manager:
- Recruit/staff employees and contractors and onboard/train new hires
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Authorize and track PTO for research teams
- Liaise for the department to communicate potential HR related issues
- Coordinate the development of project teams for Medical, Data Management, Regulatory, Monitoring, and Clinical Supplies departments
Qualifications of the Team Manager:
- 5 years of experience of managing in a clinical research setting
- 5 years of experience with oncology trials
- Previous experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical organization preferred
- Bachelor's Degree - required
Compensation for the Team Manager:
- Salary: $100 - 120 per hour
