Piper Clinical Solutions is in search of a driven Healthcare Scheduler in Pompton Plains, NJ to support one of the leading Senior Living Facilities in New Jersey.
Responsibilities for the Healthcare Scheduler:
- Manage internal staffing needs and schedule accordingly
- Contribute to and execute new Standard Operating Procedures for contingent staff
- Process all pay end reports appropriately and efficiently as well as navigate and issues that may arise with regards to payroll via email, phone, and in-person conversation
- Report on daily and monthly staff production
- Contribute to general operations of the Department
Requirements for the Healthcare Scheduler:
- 1+ year experience in a secretarial/administrative role at a professional medical facility required – Long Term Care Facility preferred
- Strong computer and basic office machine skills required (MS Office, printer, copier, etc.)
- Some college coursework strongly preferred
- Strong competence with Excel and Kronos preferred
Compensation for the Healthcare Scheduler:
- Compensation: $20-27 per hour based on qualification of skills
- Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K
