Piper Companies is searching for Remote Technical Recruiter based in the Newark, New Jersey area to join a major e-commerce company's team of qualified technical recruiters to assist in building their internal software developer and engineer departments.
Responsibilities for the Remote Technical Recruiter:
- Coordinate the sourcing and candidate development for hiring. This includes job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Create and maintain a passive system of connections of refined, skilled candidates.
- Support teammates on processes, while initiating recruiting activities such as sourcing, evaluating candidates, screening, interviewing and pre-closing candidates.
- Drive personal performance by recording metrics and developing a recruiting efficacy system and personal benchmarks.
Qualifications for Remote Technical Recruiter:
- 3 years of corporate or agency environment recruiting, and direct sourcing of technical candidates.
- Sustained success producing creative sourcing and recruiting systems.
- Strength in building substantial relationships with candidates and hiring management team.
- Comfortable in a self-measured metrics and data-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000-$100,000 (based on experience)
