Technical Recruiting Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Federal Technical Recruiting Manager for an opportunity in Tysons, VA. The focus of the Federal Technical Recruiting Manager supports our clients in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Services around the country while helping to manage your recruiting team.

 Responsibilities of the Federal Technical Recruiting Manager

·       Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks supporting federal clients focusing on DoD and Intelligence Services contracts

·       Add candidates resumes into our ATS, TargetRecruit (Salesforce)

·       Source for cleared candidates utilizing platforms and job boards such as; LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, Monster, TargetRecruit, Dice, ClearanceJobs, Handshake, and more.

·       Recruit on requisitions focusing on cyber security, SDLC, network and systems engineers

·       Qualify open requisitions with clients

·       Manage and develop Technical Recruiters on your team

Qualifications of the Federal Technical Recruiting Manager

·       2 years of previous work experience within a related field, i.e., staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources

·       Desire to work in a production-driven organization with unlimited earning potential

·       Experience with Applicant Tracking System tools (i.e. Salesforce, TargetRecruit, Bullhorn)

·       Experience with these platforms: LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, TargetRecruit (Native ATS Application & Timekeeping Portal), Salesforce (CRM), Celigo (iPaaS), Monster STS (Career Page), FlexiKanBan (Virtual Stand Up)

 Compensation for the Federal Technical Recruiting Manager

• Base Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000
• Uncapped Commission Potential based on production
• Uncapped Quarterly and Annual Bonus Opportunity based on performance
