Responsibilities:
- Production Management
- Plan, organize, and manage food production activities.
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items to meet quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, track ingredient usage, and collaborate with suppliers as needed.
- Implement and maintain efficient production processes to maximize productivity.
- Delegation and Task Management
- Assign tasks to kitchen crew and ensure tasks are completed to quality standards.
- Train and guide kitchen crew on proper food preparation, portion control, and sanitation practices.
- Monitor work performance of kitchen crew; provide feedback, and address performance or behavior issues.
- To ensure a positive work environment, promote teamwork and communication among crew members.
- Production Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on our store's demand and operational requirements.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Quality Assurance:
