What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at PITCO FRIALATOR INC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Process payments for company-approved vendors.
- Reconcile various vendor/supplier accounts.
- Compile data to enter vendor payments as required for internal controls.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Adhere to all departmental and company-wide safety and procedural policies.
- Notify supervisor of any quality or production problems.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
*A drug screen and background check is required upon acceptance of an offer.
