We are excited to announce our upcoming Job Fair on Thursday (April 25th) & Saturday (April 27th) at 211 E Main St. Lakeland, FL 33801 !
Date & Time : April 25, 2024 (Thursday) at 4 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM
April 27, 2024 (Saturday) at 11 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
Location : 211 E Main St. Lakeland, FL 33801 (Look for Becky when you reach the main lobby)
Positions Available : Servers, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Dining Room Supervisors

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Server
Compensation : $15 per hour.
- Set up Buffet items listed on the BEO and serve them at scheduled meal periods.
- Follow Zenput opening & closing checklists to stay on task.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness & presentation of the cafeteria. This includes the : in front of and behind the buffet service line, beverage station, all dining room tables & chairs, all napkin holders, condiments, and plants on the tables, snack & beverage fridges, snack table in the back.
- Restock any needed beverages and snacks in both the cafeteria & dorm fridges.
- Keep an eye out for proper labeling on all snacks & for any expired product that may need to be thrown away.
- Must have food handler's card.
Prep Cook
Compensation : $13 - $16 per hour.
- Follow prep lists & recipes.
- Properly stock BEO Carts to set the team up for success
- Help fire food during meal times when directed.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures.
- Keep a clean workspace.
- MUST HAVE a food handler's card.
Dishwasher
Compensation : $13 per hour.
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
- Clean food prep stations and equipment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Must be able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
Dining Room Supervisor
Compensation : $18 - $20 per hour.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Greet and interact with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Train, motivate, and manage staff to create a positive team morale and atmosphere
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Manage scheduling and payroll for dining room staff
- Assist with special events and catering as needed
- Knowledge of food service safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience using POS systems
- Conversation Fluency in Spanish is required. Fully fluent in written and spoken English is required.
