We are looking for a Client Growth Marketing Manager with a passion for great client experiences and best-in-class marketing. At Pivot, we know that the first step to inspiring lifelong change through the Pivot program is partnering with our clients to inspire their populations. As Client Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build close working relationships with our partners – large enterprises and health plans – to develop and deploy annual marketing strategies that meet (or exceed!) mutual enrollment goals.
What you will be doing
- Working with our clients to set enrollment goals and align upon the marketing plans to meet them.
- Fostering client relationships that are rooted in trust and a mutual interest in learning and reaching goals together. Navigating complex scenarios with poise.
- In partnership with our clients, developing and deploying comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Solve problems creatively with an agile approach.
- Bring a point of view and ability to influence.
- Seeking and taking ownership on opportunities to scale the operations of marketing client services, including developing and refining best practices.
- Developing a metrics-driven operating and reporting cadence to ensure transparency, effectiveness and ongoing testing and learning.
- Reviewing results of your campaigns with the goal of increasing a client’s enrollments based on what you find.
- Reporting out to the organization on the marketing calendar and forecasted enrollments.
- Partnering effectively with key cross-functional teammates, including the Marcomm, Design, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-time client services, marketing experience
- Experience with health plans preferred
- Experience in digital health preferred
- A successful track record of planning and rolling out marketing campaigns
- A passion for our health care mission
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to work with and influence high value clients
- Experience being held accountable for results
- Proven execution driving end to end projects with excellence and keen attention to detail
- A record as a trusted collaborator
- Skills as a creative and strategic problem solver and a smart experimenter
- A bias toward action and urgency
- A self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
