What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Coach position at Pivot?
Job Summary:
The Performance Coach promotes all Performance brand features through training, communication, and customer service.
Your typical day includes:
- Providing strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs to athletes/fitness enthusiasts of all ages/levels. Programs include sports performance, team training, personal, semi-private, and small group functional training
- Implementing new training methods, programs, and protocols
- Developing and executing camps, clinics, off-site training, and performance assessments
- Assisting in the development/presentation of adult fitness/boot camp programs
- Participating in community events that promote the field of performance training
- Informing directors of scheduling needs and conducting follow up calls to prospects

You are a great fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a related field (Preferred)
- Have a NCCA-accredited personal training or strength and conditioning certification (Preferred)
- NSCA – CSCS (Preferred)
- ACSM – CPT or HFS
- NASM – CPT
- ACE – CPT
- Have knowledge of sports performance training, speed development, movement mechanics, assessment, evaluation, and injury prevention
- Ability to relate positively with customers and employees
