About the role:
The Account Lead will be responsible for promoting all Pivotal business lines at assigned client account(s) and/or support an Account Manager on respective account management duties.
What you will do:

Maintain billable utilization targets (targets defined by Practice Manager)

Serves as a point of contact for clients and consultants within the client account

Accountable for overall performance of the client account and identifying opportunities within the client account

Network and build relationships in assigned client account(s)

Achieve objectives set in annual account plan

Meet revenue, profit, and margin targets for accounts

Create and execute successful account and sales strategies
-
Responsible for development of business and relationships in assigned client account(s)

Establishes a defensible barrier to competitors

Becomes an expert in the client's business and knowledgeable in key client initiatives

Fosters Pivotal consultant community at account site through meetings, lunches and events

Articulates Pivotal's value proposition to clients
What makes you a good fit:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
-
3 years account management, customer success or client relationship experience (in consulting or services industry)

Proven track record of client satisfaction and delivery

Demonstrated skills in account management, business development, sales cycle, delivery and negotiation

Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated drive to grow and improve the account

Extensive problem solving and decision-making skills
-
Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of clients and organizations

Excellent understanding of related client account’s industry and key business drivers
