Minimum Requirements:
- 2 completed film or television projects work experience in the role as CG Supervisor
- Excellent knowledge of Maya
- Knowledge of Arnold, Houdini, Z-Brush and Nuke
- Strong skill set in animating, modeling, texturing, lighting and compositing
- Basic knowledge of scripting in Maya (mel or preferably python)
- Extensive knowledge of 3D technology
- Experience in photography and with camera technology is a plus
- Well-developed organization and communication skills (fluent in English and/or German
- Ability to manage time and priorities tasks to succeed under tight deadlines
- Enjoy being part of a team to collaborate, assist others and be willing to share techniques and skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan projects in tight cooperation with production & supervision
- Plan and optimize workflows to meet project requirements and client needs
- Delegate tasks in cooperation with production & supervision
- Monitor project process and escalate issues accordingly
- Assess the work of artists and give constructive feedback
- Achieve the expectations of a Supervisor: the ability to motivate people, an interest in mentoring others, conflict resolution skills and an enthusiasm for what you do
