What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager position at Pizza Ranch?

Chief Operating Officer
Purpose and Objective of Position:
Drive restaurant-level sales growth and profitability by coaching / consulting Corporate Restaurant Management on operations, standards & systems and overall business management; ensure the integrity of the Pizza Ranch® brand.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop strong restaurant management teams through coaching and accountability to Pizza Ranch’s Vision and Mission, identifying and raising up future general manager.
- Develop and execute action plans that support Pizza Ranch Inc.'s Operational and Marketing plans; collaborate to identify opportunities.
- Deliver all Pizza Ranch® Standards of operation (i.e., Product Standards, Service Standards, Marketing Standards, etc.)
- Support Pizza Ranch Inc and companywide development projects and initiatives through the testing and feedback of processes, products, equipment, etc.
- Ensure successful operations of Corporate FunZones– including training, operational excellence, inventory management, adequate staffing, etc.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure optimal financial health.
- Execute marketing plans (i.e., local restaurant marketing and tip nights) with an organized plan that tracks results and are within budget.
- Ensure optimal shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and atmosphere goals are consistently achieved.
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant management (multi-unit/high volume preferred) and/or franchise operations management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management or related field or equivalent operations experience
- Proficient knowledge of marketing, finance, training, human resources, and development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate in team environment
