What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at PK Companies?
PK Companies is looking for a cleaning/grounds technician to join our growing team!
Part-time $15 approximately 15 hours per week,
Essential Functions
1. Cleans and sanitizes common areas, offices, hallways and other areas inside the facility as well as outside upon request.
2. May operate vacuums, and related housekeeping equipment
3. Cleans vents, fan fixtures, top of windows, door frames and other high areas using a ladder.
4. Performs deep cleaning procedures of all common areas, and hallways surrounding area's including some outside cleaning .
5. Additional cleaning as needed.
6. Grounds work, maintain all common areas outside and inside.
7. Cleaning vacant units and all other duties as required.
Part-time: approximately 15 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
