Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Grounds work, maintain common areas inside and outside as needed
- After hour Emergency Maintenance
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and flooring repair
- HVAC repairs
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance technician or other related fields preferred
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Must have own hand tools
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Electrical knowledge or certification helpful
- Customer Service attitude
