As a market leader in custodial services, PK puts our customers’ needs first by supplying exceptional quality in custodial services, project floor maintenance, landscaping, snow plowing, and much more.
PK Property services is looking to hire a highly driven, competitive self-starter individual to join our outside Sales team.
The outside sales rep should possess the following capabilities and experience:
- Cold calling
- Team Player
- Strong negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Experience in account management
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to build a referral base on existing customers
- Easily build relationships
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs
- Ability to have a high close ratio on company provided leads
- 1 year sales experience in commercial/industrial outside sales
- Capability to follow through on the entire sales cycle from cold call to close
Responsibilities
- A successful Salesperson proactively engages with current clients to ensure we remain a trusted partner while also prospecting when visiting physical locations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Create sales material to present to customer
- Continually proposing solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients
- Establish face to face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long lasting relationships
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
