- Assist the HR department in recruiting activities such as sourcing and prescreening candidates
- Special Assignments as assigned by the HR Director
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources Management related Degree program
- Minimum GPA 2.5
SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to sit in one place for 60% of the time
- Ability to move or walk 40% of the time
