KRE Security uses a Scheduling | Dispatch Team, consisting of the Director of Administration, first and second shift Scheduling Coordinators, and third shift & weekend Dispatchers. A member of the Scheduling Team is available to both guards and clients 24/7/365.

Specific Duties:
- Monitor the Guards: Use the guard tour system, to keep an eye on any missed tour alerts and rounds not being completed in the required time frame. Monitor clock in and clock out requests, making sure guards are on site as scheduled.
- Assist the Guards: Help with any Login requests for guard tour | time system. Be familiar with each sites post orders to help answer any questions or address issues as they happen.
- Accept any call offs and work to fill shift(s) to ensure that all sites have their necessary coverage.
- Respond to any service requests, including contacting guards to fill shifts, providing bill rates, and adding the guards to the schedule if approved.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to everyone. This includes answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and text messages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring emails, calls and information are directed to the correct individual or team, and calmly handling any issues that arise.
- Assist with general office duties, including cleaning, filing, scanning, garbage removal, maintaining the uniform closet and washing returned uniforms.
- Follow the Schedulers Handbook to complete the day-to-day tasks of being a member of the scheduling team.
- Team work: Working hand-in-hand with the other scheduling team members, including covering when someone is out of the office. Working with the other departments to ensure that all of the guard and clients' needs are being met, while providing top notch customer service.
- The Dispatcher must be able to multitask, be a self-starter and driven to complete tasks in a timely fashion, while working as a member of a larger team. They must be able to diffuse potential tense situations, work independently, and successfully build good working relationships with a variety of personalities.
- This role may occasionally require overtime, and/or periods of on-call if circumstances warrant.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Position is NOT REMOTE.
- Hours: Full Time: Sunday to Thursday 10p - 6a; Part Time: Saturday and Sunday 6am - 2pm
- Full Time employees eligible for benefits after completion of 60-day probationary period.
