Responsibilities
- Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools
- Manage marketing plans & listing syndication
- Manage virtual team members
- Create or coordinate listing marketing materials
- Review all listing marketing materials for quality control
- Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies
- Coordinate with vendors such as sign companies, photographers, contractors
- Edit photos as needed
- Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget
- Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
