What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator position at Placer Complete Restoration?

· Meet with property owners and insurance adjuster to conduct on site inspections and scope generation

· Estimate each loss using a third party estimating software; Xactimate is preferred

· Accurately measure and sketch water, mold, and fire damaged structures

· Ensure accurate scope of work

· Work closely with insured and insurance parties to obtain an agreement and signed contract

· Communicate and document any change order and insurance supplements

Collecting of deposits and installment payments on time
