What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Associate position at PlaneSense, Inc.?
PlaneSense, Inc., located in Portsmouth, NH manages and operates a large fleet of Pilatus PC-12 & PC-24 aircraft on behalf of hundreds of fractional share owners, seeks to hire a highly capable and self-motivated person to work in its Flight Operations Center (FOC) as a full-time Administrative Associate.
The FOC Administrative Associate will lead efforts towards excellence in personnel record keeping, staff scheduling, and office atmosphere. This individual must be independent, detail oriented, and pragmatic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Maintaining staff management interfaces to include:
a. Personnel schedules
b. Training qualifications and records
c. PTO
d. Training events
e. Overtime
f. Vacation bidding
2. Management and processing of payroll to include:
a. Annual review scheduling
b. Compensation adjustment record keeping
c. Bi-weekly submission to Payroll department
3. Management of office supplies and infrastructure
4. Client Services related processing and auditing of
a. Minor consent forms
b. COVID attestations
c. Revenue exceptions
5. Manual and procedure auditing and production
6. Management of purchase orders and other FOC expenses
7. Continuously evolve this roll in agreement with departmental growth
8. Other assigned duties as directed by DDFOC and DFOC
Education and Experience:
· Highschool diploma or equivalent
· Experience with ADP, preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Experience or the ability to learn numerous payroll information systems

Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Work location is at the Flight Operation Center in Portsmouth, NH.
