Our Job Opening:
BravoFit is searching for an Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining member services. The position is responsible for various tasks involved in the overall operation of the Club, including measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and controlling expenses and shortages.
Your Contributions:
- Ensure that each Member receives outstanding member service by providing a member-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of member services.
- Assist with hiring, training, developing and communicating with all staff as well as assesses performance on a regular basis.
- Implements and maintains member service standards.
- Maintains all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitors inventory levels.
- Plans and assigns daily goals, tasks, and assignments.
- Ensures proper completion through follow-up. Assist in monitoring statistics and reports through analysis on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Ensures cleanliness and maintenance to Club standards.
- Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
- Rotates every two weeks with the Club Manager to cover absent staff members.
- Assist in adjusting strategies.
- Self Brand Excellence Review (BER)
- Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work can be anywhere between Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. To include holidays.
