Contract

Onsite 4 days a week

Hourly rate : $21.50-22.50 / hr

Must have :

Ability to work onsite for 4 day, 10 hour schedule

Excel

Word

6 months of professional or internship experience

Associate or Bachelors degree

Nice to have :

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Busy warehouse / distribution center is looking for support to its HR team with time entry system data.

Essential Job Functions :

• Verify daily Start and Stop times for each employee in the timekeeping system.
• Review employee activities to identify and resolve data issues from system.
• Input indirect time based on logs accurately.
• Ensure indirect time is correct and maintains the integrity of other data assignments.
• Analyze and manipulate raw data to generate necessary reports for creating assignments in timekeeping system, while adhering to data retention policies for raw data -storage.
• Input exception and adjustment logs as needed.
• Ensure all daily logs for each Associate are submitted, reporting any discrepancies to area supervisors. Monitor the timely return of logs sent back for corrections.
• Archive all production and indirect logs to comply with payroll record retention requirements.
• Serve as a backup to the Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process.
• Assist with other clerical tasks as necessary to support daily operations.
