Summary
PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City, Charleston, and Bengalaru. The Marketing team at PlanSource develops compelling messaging and campaigns that fuel our Go-to-Market team with everything they need to inspire our customers and partners to choose PlanSource. We work with many teams across the organization including sales, product, operations and more to increase demand of our technology through webinars, events, videos, campaigns, product launches and other self-service thought leadership tools and resources.
The Marketing team collaborates with our Sales team to ensure they are enabled to win new business while growing existing relationships. This collaboration involves generating and sharing leads, developing presentation content, scripting compelling talking points, creating and updating buyer personas, and responding to RFPs.
We are looking for an RFP Manger to own and manage our end-to-end response process, and work closely with our sales organization to be the point person that ensures our responses are complete, compelling, and winning. This is a high-visibility position where your success will have a direct impact on PlanSource’s ability to meet our sales goals, and the opportunity to enhance our process, content and messaging will be significant.
In addition to the Sales team, you will collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and Product, as well as your colleagues withing Marketing. In the process, it will be critical for you to build cross-functional relationships in order for you to navigate the organization and our collective knowledge base.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own, manage, and continuously improve PlanSource’s RFP response process
- Serve as our “quarterback” for incoming RFPs, working closely with the Sales and other cross-functional experts to manage the response process and populate responses and manage timelines
- Create, organize, and update our RFP content library, aligning prepopulated responses with PlanSource’s vision and value proposition
- Collaborate with the Product team to refresh content as our software platform continuously evolves
- Own and manager relationships with RFP vendors
- Work with Product Marketing colleagues to develop and update materials and talking points for Sales presentations
- Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence owner to ensure that responses highlight PlanSource differentiators and competitive advantages
- Create, manage and refresh personas of software buyers within client HR and other teams
About You
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years in Marketing or Revenue Operations, with significant project management experience
- 3 years managing RFPs at a B2B SaaS organization
- Industry experience in benefits administration or human capital management is a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple, tightly-deadlined projects at once in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
