Overview:
Planstin is searching for a Marketing Manager to join our growing organization. This person will be an innovative leader who can take our story and express how we are revolutionizing healthcare and benefits administration. This person will be the leading role in generating awareness, knowledge, and appreciation for how we are changing members' lives, one organization at a time.
A day on the job may include:
- Lead the development of creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across multiple channels and segments by positioning, identifying target audiences, and ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Lead, coach, train, mentor Brand Management team
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, priorities, and budgets
This job may be for you if you have:
- 5 years experience working in marketing
- Team management experience
- Experience creating marketing campaigns and managing strategies to a budget
- Experience with advertising through online and traditional outlets
- Knowledge and experience with search optimization and lead generation
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns using data analytics
- Interaction with both B2B and B2C audiences
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
- Attention to detail
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent degree
Helpful but not required:
- Experience working with non-tangible products.
- Experience or knowledge of insurance or self-funded plans
