Job Posting for Assembly Operator / Coordinator at Plant Science
Duties:
Schedule and manage assembly team 50 employees
Track and achieve KPI targets - make improvements when targets are not met
Train employees on proper procedure - discipline when necessary
Follow receiving procedure - document transactions in inventory management software
Use a forklift to stage materials
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Follow daily production schedule
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (REQUIRED: Excel, Word and G-Suite. Onsite training will be provided for scheduling software and inventory management system)
Management experience - 2 years
Production or assembly experience - 1 year
Warehouse experience - 1 year
High school diploma (some college preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
