Primary Job Description: To promote and maintain positive relations with all customers and potential customers; to open new accounts (Checking, Savings, CD’s, IRA’s); to establish a rapport with the customer for cross-selling other bank products; provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks; answers all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates in a professional and courteous manner.

Education Required; Experience and Equipment Skills: Resume Required….

• High School education or equivalent and at least one year’s clerical experience.
• Typing, 10-key Calculator, Fax Machine, Scanner, Photocopier, Computer skills required including Word and Excel programs, Basic Accounting knowledge.

• Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills and clerical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and skilled in customer service.
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report.
• Recommended completion of CRC Test.
• Some cash handling experience.
